Personal Statement

While I do control most of the ads associated with my blogs, I do utilize a few services that run their own ads. While you should never find anything offensive, you may see an ad, for example, for a cleaning product that I prefer not to use. When you visit the blog or store, your IP address is recorded. If you purchase an item from the store, or provide your contact information for a giveaway prize, the information is used solely for the purpose of mailing your package.

Some links in the sidebar are affiliate links, others are paid-per-month advertising.

While I usually do not solicit items for review/giveaway, you are welcome to contact me if you have a product you feel my audience would like. For items I review (that are not products in the Suburban Tree Hugger Online) I either request a free product for me to review plus one to giveaway, or I request a fee to run a giveaway. If you want more details, please visit this contact page for details and to contact me. There are some exceptions to this policy for cloth diaper manufacturers and cloth diaper retailers running a giveaway on Available Cloth. (Currently, I am not running giveaways on any of my websites.)

If you purchase a Daily Deal from a site like Groupon or Eversave, I either receive a referral credit to my personal account or receive a commission through an affiliate program. While I greatly appreciate when you purchase a daily deal through my links, I do encourage you to share your own personal referral links with your friends and family after you set up your own accounts. It is an easy way to earn credit and save your family money on food, gifts, clothing, homeschool supplies, etc.
