I just packed dry wipes in the bag. Almost everywhere I went had a tap to wet them, & if there was no tap, I used my drink bottle. This also meant that I could keep a stash of wipes in the bag & never had to worry about forgetting that I had wet ones in there that would go yukky after a few days.
